We cannot be held liable for any legal action taken by a third party for any images taken from the advertisers own websites or provided to us for use in an advertisment that are unlicensed or copywrite of a third party. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to insure that all images used for purpose of advertising are free of any such liability.

Devon Click reserves the right to revue annual advertising pricing without out notice at anytime

Late Payment
All advertisers should make full payment of any outstanding invoice within the timescale currently shown on all invoices. (currently 14 days). Failure make payment within this timescale may result in Devon Click taking action to recover debt via court proceedings.
